Hipsetter @home

Hipsetter @home is a specially curated for those who may not currently have the strength or confidence to undertake the standard walking based Hipsetter training program. It allows you to focus on building the foundational core engagement habits needed for better gait in the comfort and safety of your own home. 

By doing a few simple video guided exercises a few days a week you can quickly learn exactly how to "engage your pelvic core."

After building better strength and confidence you can then advance to standard Hipsetter gait and posture training.
